Allen is a fifth generation native of the High Country and has a very extensive knowledge of the area. He is also very knowledgeable of the Mountain City, TN area as well. He specializes in large acreage tracts for development, investment properties, and second homes. Allen is licensed in both North Carolina and Tennessee. His Real Estate Office is located in the Greenway Business Park of Boone, NC. He is currently an active member of the Avery-Watauga Board of REALTORS, and is a member of the Avery-Watauga MLS and the TN/VA MLS. Allen lives with his beautiful wife, Sharon, and son, Jackson, in Banner Elk/Matney, NC. Allen has 2 daughters: Amanda and husband Todd, & Megan and husband Roan
